In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily from 18 March to 30 April 2024, the following road sections will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:

1. 1. the section of Tate's Cairn Highway southbound from a point about 630 meters south of its junction with Tolo Highway southbound to a point about 1490 meters south of the same junction; and
   2. the section of Tate's Cairn Highway northbound from a point about 450 meters south of its junction with Ma On Shan Road to a point about 100 meters south of the same junction.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
