Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Fanling Highway and Tai Wo Service Road East with effect from 5.30 a.m. on 27 March 2024 until further notice:

          The existing banning of left turning movement for vehicles on the slip road leading from Fanling Highway southbound to Tai Wo Service Road East (Exit 7A) onto Tai Wo Service Road East northbound will be rescinded.

          Tai Wo Service Road East roundabout will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

1. Vehicles on Tai Wo Service Road East northbound heading for Tai Po, Kowloon, Sha Tau Kok or Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point will be diverted via the temporary access road connecting between Tai Wo Service Road East and the slip road of Fanling Highway southbound (at a point about 275 metres north of the existing Tai Wo Service Road East roundabout), and Fanling Highway southbound; and
2. Vehicles on Fanling Highway southbound heading for Kau Lung Hang will be diverted via the aforementioned temporary access road and Tai Wo Service Road East southbound.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
