Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Tsing Yi from 9.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. on 7 April 2024 –

      (I)       Lane Closures

The following road sections will be closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. 1. 1. The section of Tsing Yi Road northbound from its junction with Sai Tso Wan Road to a point about 100 metres south of the same junction;
      2. The fast lane of Tsing Yi Road West southbound from its junction with Sai Tso Wan Road to a point about 60 metres north of the same junction;
      3. The slow lane of Sai Tso Wan Road eastbound from its junction with Tsing Yi Road West to a point about 170 metres west of the same junction; and
      4. The section of Sai Tso Wan Road westbound from its junction with Tsing Yi Road West to a point about 160 metres west of the same junction.

      (II)      Lane Conversion

1. 1. 1. The section of Tsing Yi Road southbound from its junction with Sai Tso Wan Road to a point about 160 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily converted into one-lane-two-way traffic; and
      2. The fast lane of Sai Tso Wan Road eastbound from its junction with Tsing Yi Road West to a point about 170 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily converted into one-lane-two-way traffic.

      (III)      Banning of Turning Movement

 All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Tsing Yi Road West southbound onto Sai Tso Wan Road westbound.

      (IV)     Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Tsing Yi Road West southbound heading for Sai Tso Wan Road westbound will be diverted via Tsing Yi Road southbound, Tsing Keung Street southbound, Tsing  Keung Street northbound, Tsing Yi Road northbound and Sai Tso Wan Road westbound.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
