TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements in Jordan
Notice is hereby given that to facilitate works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Jordan during the time specified below: -
I. Lane Closure
From 8 April 2024 to 31 July 2024
Part of the traffic lane of Jordan Road westbound near Lin Cheung Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
II. Traffic Diversion
(i) Affected vehicles on Jordan Road westbound heading for Tsim Sha Tsui via Lin Cheung Road southbound will be diverted via Jordan Road westbound and Nga Cheung Road southbound; and
(ii) Affected vehicles on Jordan Road westbound heading for West Kowloon Station via Lin Cheung Road southbound will be diverted via Jordan Road westbound, roundabout, Jordan Road eastbound and Lin Cheung Road southbound.
III. Transport Arrangement
From 8 April 2024 to 31 December 2024
The bus stops of KMB route nos. 49, 95, 260X, 268B, 269B, 270P, 271X, 280X, 296D, T270, W4 and CTB route nos. 970, 970X, 971, 973, A22, A25, E23, E23A, N11 on Jordan Road westbound near Lin Cheung Road will be temporarily relocated for about 180 metres eastwards.
Appropriate traffic signs and road markings have been erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
