TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Cha Kwo Ling Road, Yau Tong
Motorists are advised that to facilitate construction works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 12.00 a.m. on 15 April 2024 to 11.59 p.m. on 31 July 2024:
(1) Lane Closure
The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:
(a) The slow lane of Cha Kwo Ling Road southbound of about 40 metres near Yau Tong Industrial Building Block 1; and
(b) The access road of about 40 metres leading from Cha Kwo Ling Road to Lei Lung House.
(2) Banning of Turning Movement
(a) Vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Shung Shun Street northbound onto the access road leading from Cha Kwo Ling Road to Lei Lung House; and
(b) Vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from the access road leading from Lei Lung House to Cha Kwa Ling Road onto Cha Kwo Ling Road northbound.
(3) Traffic Diversion
(a) Affected vehicles on Shung Shun Street northbound heading to the access road leading from Cha Kwo Ling Road to Lei Lung House will be diverted via Cha Kwo Ling Road northbound, Ko Chiu Road eastbound, roundabout, Ko Chiu Road westbound and Cha Kwo Ling Road southbound; and
(b) Affected vehicles on the access road leading from Lei Lung House to Cha Kwo Ling Road heading to Cha Kwo Ling Road northbound will be diverted via Cha Kwo Ling Road southbound, Shung Shun Street southbound, Lei Yue Mun Path, Shung Shun Street northbound and Cha Kwo Ling Road northbound.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care.
