In exrcise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 26 April 2024, the section of On Yiu Street southbound from a point about 15 metres south of its junction with On Kwan Street to a point about 35 metres south of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
