The "Annual Prize Presentation Ceremony of the School Physical Fitness Award Scheme" and the "Graduation Ceremony of Strive and Rise Programme" test events will take place at the Kai Tak Arena of Kai Tak Sports Park ("KTSP") on 11 and 12 January 2025. The main objective of the Event is to test out the operation of the venue. Since the other parts of the KTSP other than the test events venue and some walkways connecting the KTSP are still under construction, members of the public participating in the Event are advised to use the MTR Sung Wong Toi Station (Exit D) or Kai Tak Station (Exit D) to get to / from the Kai Tak Arena as far as possible.

       There will be no parking space or pick-up/drop-off area at the KTSP and the Sung Wong Toi Road special bus/taxi Pick-up/Drop-off Area will not be opened on the event days. Members of the public may use the taxi/private car pick-up/drop-off area located at Olympic Avenue outside Sung Wong Toi Station (opposite to the Sung Wong Toi Playground basketball court).

       Motorists are advised to avoid driving to the affected areas. Depend on the actual traffic and crowd conditions, Police may implement temporary traffic arrangements in the area, members of the public are advised to exercise tolerance and patience and take heed of instructions given by the Police.

       Members of the public participating the Event may use the "HKeMobility" mobile application for pre-trip planning and point to point public transport, driving and walking route enquiry.
