ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zones n Fuk Wing Street And Kiu Kiang Street, Sham Shui Po


       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.00 a.m. on 13 February 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily except general holidays:


(a)    the southern kerbside lane of Fuk Wing Street from its junction with Kiu Kiang Street to a point about 108 metres west of the same junction; and

(b)    the western kerbside lane of Kiu Kiang Street from its junction with Fuk Wing Street to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction.


       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:


(a)    picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)    loading or unloading goods.


       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
