ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zone in Fuk Wing Street, Sham Shui Po


       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.00 a.m. on 13 February 2025, the northern kerbside lane of Fuk Wing Street from its junction with Kiu Kiang Street to a point about 108 metres west of the same junction will be designated as restricted zones from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily except general holidays.


       Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:


(a)    picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)    loading or unloading goods.


       The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
