ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zone in King's Park Rise, Yau Ma Tei
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect at 10.00 am on 14 February 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily.
(i) the northern kerbside lane of King's Park Rise from a point about 55 metres west of its junction with the unnamed access road to King's Park Meteorological Station to a point about 100 metres west of the same junction; and
(ii) the southern kerbside lane of King's Park Rise from a point about 80 metres west of its junction with the unnamed access road to King's Park Meteorological Station to a point about 100 metres west of the same junction.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
