ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zones on Ko Nga Lane and Ko Chiu Road, Kwun Tong


       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 17 February 2025, the following road sections in Kwun Tong will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-


(a)    Ko Nga Lane;

(b)    The eastern kerbside lane of Ko Chiu Road from its junction with Ko Nga Lane to a point about 75 metres north of the same junction; and

(c)    The eastern kerbside lane of Ko Chiu Road from its junction with Ko Nga Lane to a point about 5 metres south of the same junction.


       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-


(a)    picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)    loading or unloading goods.


       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
