TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road work, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am the following day on 21 February 2025:

A. Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporary closed to all vehicular traffic:
i. a section of Gloucester Road eastbound between Victoria Park Substation and Causeway Tower; and
ii. part of the traffic lane of Causeway Road eastbound near Bay View Mansion.

B. Traffic Diversion
i. Affected vehicles on Gloucester Road southbound heading to Causeway Road eastbound will be diverted via Moreton Terrace Flyover, Tung Lo Wan Drive, Tung Lo Wan Road northbound and Moreton Terrace northbound.
ii. Affected vehicles on Sugar Street heading to Causeway Road eastbound will be diverted via Gloucester Road northbound, Kingston Street westbound, Paterson Street southbound, Great George Street eastbound, Gloucester Road southbound, Moreton Terrace Flyover, Tung Lo Wan Drive, Tung Lo Wan Road northbound and Moreton Terrace northbound.

C. Bus Diversions
CTB route nos. 2 and 99 and XHT nos. 102, 106 and 307 (Eastern District bound) will be diverted via Gloucester Road, Moreton Terrace Flyover, Tung Lo Wan Drive, Tung Lo Wan Road, Moreton Terrace and Causeway Road.

D. Bus Stops Relocation
The bus stops of CTB route nos. 2 and 99 and XHT nos. 102, 106 and 307 on Gloucester Road near Victoria Park will be temporarily relocated to about 170 meters northward.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Bus companies will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
