ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374 SUB. LEG. G)
RESTRICTED ZONE ON CITY GARDEN ROAD, NORTH POINT

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.00 a.m. on 4 March 2025, the northern kerbside lane of City Garden Road from a point about 40 metres west of its junction with Power Street to a point about 20 metres east of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily:-

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road marking.

At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
