TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Fleming Road, Wan Chai

    Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Fleming Road during the time specified as below:

       From 10.00 pm to 6.00 am the following day on 9 April 2025

i. Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporary closed to all vehicular traffic:
a. Fleming Road northbound between Jaffe Road and Lockhart Road;
b. The southern u-turn slip road connecting Fleming Road northbound to Fleming Road southbound; and
c. Part of the traffic lane of Lockhart Road eastbound near Tung Chiu Commercial Centre.

ii. Turning Movement Arrangement
All vehicle will be temporarily prohibited from turning left from Lockhart Road eastbound onto Fleming Road northbound.

iii. Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Lockhart Road eastbound heading to Jaffe Road eastbound will be diverted via Stewart Road northbound and Gloucester Road westbound.

From 11.00 pm to 6.00 am the following day on 10 April 2025

i. Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporary closed to all vehicular traffic:
a. Fleming Road southbound between Gloucester Road and Jaffe Road; and
b. The u-turn slip road connecting Fleming Road northbound to Fleming Road southbound.

ii. Turning Movement Arrangement
a. All vehicle will be temporarily prohibited from turning right from Fleming Road northbound onto Fleming Road southbound; and
b. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from turning left from Gloucester Road westbound onto Fleming Road southbound.

iii. Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Gloucester Road westbound heading to Lockhart Road eastbound will be diverted via O'Brien Road southbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
