ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zones on Horse Shoe Lane, Luen On Street and
Ngan Yuet Lane, Kwun Tong
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 11 April 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-
(a) the eastern kerbside lane of Horse Shoe Lane from a point about 55 metres south of its eastern junction with Ngau Tau Kok Road to a point about 80 metres south of the same junction;
(b) the western kerbside lane of Horse Shoe Lane from a point about 45 metres south of its western junction with Ngau Tau Kok Road to a point about 70 metres south of the same junction;
(c) the eastern kerbside lane of Luen On Street from its junction with Yee On Street to a point about 20 metres north of the same junction; and
(d) the southern kerbside lane of Ngan Yuet Lane from its western junction with Wan Hon Street to a point about 10 metres south of its eastern junction with Wan Hon Street.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
