In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 14 April 2025 to 6.00 pm on 30 April 2025, the section of Ha Heung Road between Sheung Heung Road and Kowloon City Road, and the section of Kowloon City Road between Ha Heung Road and Sheung Heung Road will be temporarily designated as prohibited zones for vehicles exceeding 8 metres in length 24 hours daily.

       Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles exceeding 8 metres in length into the above prohibited zones.

       The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
