In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 18 April 2025, the eastern and western kerbside lanes of Fung Shing Street from its junction with New Clear Water Bay Road to a point about 75 metres north of the same junction, and the eastern kerbside lane of Fung Shing Street from a point about 20 metres south of its junction with Clear Water Bay Road to the same junction will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily.

       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

       At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
