In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 9.00 pm on 2 May 2025 to 11.59 pm on 14 May 2025, the inner lay-by of Fuk To Street will be designated as a prohibited zone 24 hours daily.

       Within the prohibited zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, public light buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles into this prohibited zone.

       The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.

       As the same time, the existing prohibited zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
