ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zone in Hiu Kwong Street, Kwun Tong


       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10:00 a.m. on 2 May 2025, the northern kerbside lane of Hiu Kwong Street from a point about 20 metres west of its junction with Sau Ming Road to a point about 75 metres west of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.


       Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:


(a)    picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)    loading or unloading goods.


       The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.


       As the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
