Members of the public are advised that to facilitate the traffic improvement measures in the Airport Island, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily on 4 and 5 May 2025 at the following road sections:

I. Road Closure

        The left lane of Tung Wing Road southbound between Chek Lap Kok Road and Airport Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

II. Banning of Turning Movement

        All vehicles on Cheong Lin Road westbound will be prohibited from making right turn onto Cheong Shun Road northbound.

III. Traffic Diversion

• Affected vehicles on Tung Wing Road southbound heading to Passenger Terminal 1 will be diverted via Airport Road northbound, Airport South Interchange, Cheong Lin Road westbound, and Cheong Hong Road northbound;
• Affected vehicles on Tung Wing Road southbound heading to Cheong Tat Road northbound will be diverted via Airport Road northbound, Airport South Interchange, Cheong Lin Road westbound, Cheong Lin Road eastbound and Cheong Tat Road northbound;
• Affected vehicles on Tung Wing Road southbound heading to Airport Gatehouse No.2 will be diverted via Airport Road northbound, Airport South Interchange, Cheong Lin Road westbound, and Cheong Lin Road southbound;
• Affected vehicles on Tung Wing Road southbound heading to Cheong Shun Road northbound will be diverted via Airport Road northbound, Airport South Interchange, Airport Road southbound, East Coast Road southbound, East Coast Road northbound, Airport Road northbound, Cheong Lin Road northbound and Cheong Shun Road northbound; and
• Affected vehicles on Cheong Lin Road westbound heading to Cheong Shun Road northbound will be diverted via Cheong Lin Road eastbound, Airport South Interchange, Airport Road southbound, East Coast Road southbound, East Coast Road northbound, Airport Road northbound, Cheong Lin Road northbound and Cheong Shun Road northbound.

1. NLB Route No. B4 heading to Airport Passenger Terminal will be diverted via Chek Lap Kok Road southbound, East Coast Road southbound, East Coast Road northbound, Airport Road northbound, Cheong Lin Road westbound, Cheong Lin Road eastbound and Cheong Tat Road northbound before resuming the original routeing;
2. CTB Routes No. A23, A25, LWB Routes No. A30, A33X, A34, A36, A37, A42 and A46 heading to the Airport will be diverted via Chek Lap Kok Road southbound, East Coast Road southbound, East Coast Road northbound, Airport Road northbound and Cheong Hong Road northbound before resuming the original routeing; and
3. LWB Routes No. A31, A32, A38, A41, A41P, A43 and A47X heading to the Airport will be diverted via Airport Road northbound, Airport South Interchange, Cheong Lin Road westbound and Cheong Lin Road northbound to Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) Bus Terminus.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The franchised bus operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above arrangement.
