In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 p.m. on 22 May 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 15 August 2025, the section of of Pik Fung Road from a point about 60 metres west of its junction with Ka Siu Close to a point about 130 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

          Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the temporary restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

          At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
