In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 23 May 2025, the following road sections will be designated as 5restricted zones 24 hours daily:

(i) the western kerbside lane of Pok Chuen Street from a point about 210 metres north of its junction with the roundabout at the southern end of Pok Chuen Street to a point about 240 metres north of the same junction;

(ii) the western kerbside lane of Pok Chuen Street from a point about 295 metres north of its junction with the roundabout at the southern end of Pok Chuen Street to a point about 330 metres north of the same junction;

(iii) the eastern kerbside lane of Pok Chuen Street from a point about 235 metres north of its junction with the roundabout at the southern end of Pok Chuen Street to a point about 265 metres north of the same junction; and

(iv) the eastern kerbside lane of Pok Chuen Street from a point about 310 metres north of its junction with the roundabout at the southern end of Pok Chuen Street to a point about 340 metres north of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

(i) picking up or setting down passengers; or

(ii) loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
