In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 30 May 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the section of Ting Hing Road from a point about 10 metres north from its junction with Ting Kok Road to a point about 30 meters north of the same junction;
   2. the northern kerbside lane of Ting Kok Road from a point about 20 metres east of its junction with Ting Hing Road to a point about 30 metres west of the same junction; and
   3. the southern kerbside lane of Ting Kok Road from a point about 5 metres east of the its junction with Ting Hing Road to a point about 30 metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
