Restricted Zone on Tsuen King Circuit, Tsuen Wan
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.00 midnight on 30 May 2025, the northern kerbside lane of Tsuen King Circuit from its junction with the unnamed access road leading from the carpark of Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Tsuen Wan to Tsuen King Circuit to a point about 22 metres east of the same junction will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road section will be rescinded.
