ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374 SUB. LEG. G)
RESTRICTED ZONES ON MANSION STREET AND KING'S ROAD, NORTH POINT
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 20 June 2025, the following road sections in North Point will be designated as restricted zones during the time specified below:-
I. 24 hours daily restricted zone
(a) the section of Mansion Street from its junction with King's Road to a point about 5 metres west of the same junction; and
(b) the western kerbside lane of King's Road from a point about 5 metres north of its junction with Mansion Street to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction.
II. From 7.00 a.m. to 12.00 midnight daily restricted zone
the northern kerbside lane of Mansion Street from a point about 5 meters west of its junction with King's Road to a point about 55 metres west of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
