In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10 a.m. on 27 June 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. Shing Fung Road;
      
      
   2. Kai Tak Bridge Road;
      
      
   3. Shing King Street;
      
      
   4. Shing Fung Lane;
      
      
   5. Shing Fu Lane from its junction with Shing Fung Road to a point about 13 metres south of the same junction;
      
      
   6. the western kerbside lane of Shing Yu Lane from its junction with Shing Fung Road to a point about 35 metres north of the same junction; and
      
      
   7. the eastern kerbside lane of Shing Yu Lane from its junction with Shing Fung Road to a point about 20 metres north of the same junction.

         Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

         (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

         (b) loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

         At the same time, the existing restricted zones designated on the above road sections as gazetted in G.N. 4390 dated 31 July 2020 will be rescinded.
