Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Ma On Shan Road, Sha Tin

        To facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 1.00 am to 5.30 am on 28 June 2025:

(i) Road Closure

The section of Ma On Shan Road (southbound) outside Kam Chun Court leading to Tai Shui Hang and Tai Po bounds will be closed to all vehicular traffic.

(ii) Traffic Diversion


    1. Vehicles on Ma On Shan Road (southbound) heading to Tai Shui Hang bound will be diverted via Ma On Shan Road (southbound), Tate's Cairn Highway (southbound), Shek Mun Interchange and A Kung Kok Street (northbound); and

    2. Vehicles on Ma On Shan Road (southbound) heading to Tai Po bound will be diverted via Ma On Shan Road (southbound), Tate's Cairn Highway (southbound), Shek Mun Interchange and Tate's Cairn Highway (northbound).
(iii) Public Transport Arrangements


    1. The Overnight Cross Harbour Route Nos. N281 (Hung Hom Bound) and N680 (Central Bound); and New Territories GMB Route 805S (Mongkok Bound) will be diverted via Hang Hong Street (westbound) and Sai Sha Road (southbound) before resuming its normal routing; and

    2. The en-route stop at Kam Chun Court of Overnight Cross Harbour Route Nos. N281 (Hung Hom Bound) and N680 (Central Bound); and New Territories GMB Route 805S (Mongkok Bound) will be temporary suspended.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience. Notices will be displayed by the public transport services operators to inform the passengers of the temporary arrangements.
