In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8 p.m. on 4 July 2025, the following road sections in Kowloon City will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. the section of Olympic Avenue between Concorde Road and Hang Wan Road;
      
      
   2. Dakota Drive;
      
      
   3. Muk Wo Street; and
      
      
   4. Muk Lai Street.

       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

          (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

          (b) loading or unloading goods.

      The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

      At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections as gazetted in G.N. 549 in 2021, G.N. 5997 in 2021 and G.N. 1328 in 2022 will be rescinded.
