Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Tung Lung Road and Tung Kwong Road from 10.00 am on 14 July 2025 to 6.00 pm on 14 January 2026: -

1. Road Closure

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic during the periods specified below: -

    (i) From 10.00 am on 14 July 2025 to 6.00 pm on 1 October 2025

         The section of the fast lane of Tung Lung Road eastbound near Choi Tung House.

   (ii) From 6.00 pm on 1 October 2025 to 6.00 pm on 14 January 2026

         The section of the slow lane of Tung Lung Road eastbound near Choi Tung House.

  (iii) From 10.00 am on 14 July 2025 to 6.00 pm on 14 January 2026

         The section of Tung Kwong Road northbound between Tung Lung Road and Tung Fat Road.

   2. Banning of Turning Movement

   (i) From 10.00 am on 14 July 2025 to 6.00 pm on 14 January 2026

All vehicles on Tung Lung Road eastbound will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn movement onto Tung Kwong Road northbound.

   3. Traffic Diversion

   (i) From 10.00 am on 14 July 2025 to 6.00 pm on 14 January 2026

1. All vehicles not exceeding 7 metres in length on Tung Lung Road eastbound heading for Tung Fat Road will be diverted via Tung Kwong Road southbound, Lok Sin Road eastbound, Choi Hung Road northbound, Tai Shing Street westbound, Tai Tung Street southbound and Tung Fat Road southbound; and
   
   
2. Affected vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length on Tung Lung Road eastbound heading for Tung Fat Road will be diverted via Tung Kwong Road southbound, Lok Sin Road westbound, Tung Lei Road southbound, roundabout, Tung Lei Road northbound, Lok Sin Road eastbound, Choi Hung Road northbound, Tai Shing Street westbound, Tai Tung Street southbound and Tung Fat Road southbound.

    Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
