In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 25 July 2025, the following road sections in Kwun Tong will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. the northern kerbside lane of Sau Mau Ping Road from its junction with Hip Wo Street to a point about 35 metres east of the same junction;
   2. the section of Shun Lee Tsuen Road from its junction with Hip Wo Street to a point about 25 metres west of the same junction;
   3. the southern kerbside lane of Sau Mau Ping Road from its junction with Hip Wo Street to a point about 45 metres east of the same junction;
   4. the western kerbside lane of Hip Wo Street from its junction with Shun Lee Tsuen Road to a point about 25 metres south of the same junction;
   5. the eastern kerbside lane of Hip Wo Street from its junction with Sau Mau Ping Road to a point about 40 metres south of the same junction;
   6. the southern kerbside lane of the slip road leading from Sau Mau Ping Road westbound to Hip Wo Street southbound from its junction with Hip Wo Street to a point about 110 metres east of the same junction; and
   7. the western kerbside lane of the slip road leading from Hip Wo Street to Shun Lee Tsuen Road from a point about 50 metres south of its junction with Shun Lee Tsuen Road to a point about 88 metres south of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

        (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

        (b) loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
     
       At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
