In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 06.00 a.m. on 27 July 2025, the following road sections in Yau Ma Tei will be designated as prohibited zone for public light buses 24 hours daily:

1. 1. The section of Hoi Wang Road northbound between the vehicular bridge of Yau Ma Tei Interchange and Lai Cheung Road; and
      
      
   2. The vehicular bridge of Yau Ma Tei Interchange section between Hoi Wang Road and Lin Cheung Road northbound.

       All public light buses, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from entering into the above prohibited zone 24 hours daily.

       The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
