ROAD TUNNELS (GOVERNMENT) ORDINANCE (Chapter 368)

        Notification is hereby given under section 7(5) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368) that the Plan No. ISM2791b dated 16 July 2025 delineating the revised boundaries of the Scenic Hill Tunnel has been deposited in the Land Registry on 17 July 2025:-

        (i) the tunnel as varied pursuant to section 6(1) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368)

        The Plan No. ISM2791a dated 23 November 2017 delineating the boundaries of the Scenic Hill Tunnel which was deposited in the Land Registry on 15 December 2017 has been superseded with effect from 16 July 2025.
