Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368)

          Notification is hereby given under section 7(5) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368) that the Plan No. TMM4182a dated 16 July 2025 delineating the revised boundaries of the Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Tunnel has been deposited in the Land Registry on 17 July 2025:-

          (i) the tunnel as varied pursuant to section 6(1) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368)

          The Plan No. TMM4182 dated 22 June 2020 delineating the boundaries of the Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Tunnel which was deposited in the Land Registry on 1 July 2020 has been superseded with effect from 16 July 2025.
