ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)
Temporary Speed Limit on Castle Peak Road – Tsing Lung Tau, Tsuen Wan

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 8 August 2025 to 4.00 p.m. on 7 August 2026, the section of Castle Peak Road – Tsing Lung Tau eastbound from its junction with Lung Yue Road to a point about 800 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
