ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONE ON TUNG TSING ROAD, KOWLOON CITY

      In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 4.00 pm on 20 August 2025, the western kerbside lane of Tung Tsing Road (except the lay-by) from a point about 50 metres south of its junction with Tung Tau Tsuen Road to a point about 170 metres south of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

      Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

      (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

      (b) loading or unloading goods.

     The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

     At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
