In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 15 August 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones from 7.00 a.m. to 12.00 midnight daily:

1. 1. the southern kerbside lane of Liu To Road from its junction with Hang Mei Street to a point about 65 metres west of the same junction; and
   2. the southern kerbside lane of Liu To Road from a point about 75 metres west of its junction with Hang Mei Street to a point about 130 metres west of the same junction.

            Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

             The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

             At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
