ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONE ON QUEEN'S ROAD WEST, WESTERN DISTRICT

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 22 August 2025 to 7.00 pm on 28 November 2025, The northern kerbside lane of Queen's Road West from a point about 5 metres west of its junction with Whitty Street to a point about 75 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:—

(a) Picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) Loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
