In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 20 August 2025, the southern kerbside lane of Fung Tak Road westbound from a point about 55 metres west of its eastern junction with Ying Fung Lane to a point about 95 metres west of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

           Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

           (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b) loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic sign and road markings.

         At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
