Traffic Advice
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Hung Shui Kiu Main Street near Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road, Yuen Long
Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate drainage works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Hung Shui Kiu Main Street near Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road from 8.00 am on 20 August 2025 to 6.00 pm on 18 February 2027:
(I) Road Closure
The southbound section of Hung Shui Kiu Main Street between Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road and Hung Pak Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
(II) Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road westbound heading for Hung Shui Kiu Main Street will be diverted via the following road sections:

Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road westbound, Hung Tai Road southbound, Hung Pak Road westbound and Hung Shui Kiu Main Street northbound; or

Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road westbound, Tin Ha Road southbound, Hung Leong Road eastbound, Hung Kei Road northbound, Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road eastbound, Hung Tai Road southbound, Hung Pak Road westbound and Hung Shui Kiu Main Street northbound.
(III) Public Transport Arrangements

- Bus and Green Minibus (GMB) Diversions
- KMB Route No. 268X (Jordan (West Kowloon Station) bound) will be diverted via Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road westbound, Tin Ha Road southbound and Castle Peak Road – Hung Shui Kiu eastbound before resuming its original routeing; and
- GMB Route No. 621 (Tin Shui Wai North (Wetland Park Road) bound) will be diverted via Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road westbound, Hung Tai Road southbound, Hung Pak Road westbound and Hung Shui Kiu Main Street southbound before resuming its original routeing.
- Relocation of GMB Stop
- The stopping point of NT. GMB Route No. 621 on Hung Shui Kiu Main Street southbound near Hung Pak Road will be relocated about 75 metres eastward to Hung Pak Road westbound to tie in with the route diversion.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care. Public transport operators will also display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary public transport arrangements.
