In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 29 August 2025 to 6.00 a.m. on 21 December 2025, the following road sections will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:-

1. 1. the section of the slip road on West Kowloon Highway southbound from a point about 160 metres north of its junction with Lai Cheung Road to a point about 270 metres north of the same junction; and
      
      
   2. the section of the slip road on West Kowloon Highway southbound from a point about 100 metres north of its junction with Nga Cheung Road to a point about 210 metres north of the same junction.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

       At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
