Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate drainage works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Choi Fat Street and Choi Fai Street, Sheung Shui from 8 am 22 August 2025 to 6 pm on 31 December 2025:

TRAFFIC LANE CLOSURE

The following road sections will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic into one-lane two-way traffic:

1. A section of 10 metres of Choi Fat Street at its junction with Choi Fai Street; and
2. A section of Choi Fai Street from a point about 30 metres east of its junction with Choi Fat Street to a point about 55 metres east of the same junction.

BANNING OF TURNING MOVEMENT

1. All vehicles on Choi Fat Street northbound will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn onto Choi Fai Street eastbound; and
2. All vehicles on Choi Fai Street westbound will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn onto Choi Fat Street northbound.

TRAFFIC DIVERSION

1. Affected vehicles on Choi Fat Street northbound heading for Choi Fai Street eastbound will be diverted via Choi Fat Street northbound, roundabout, Choi Fat Street southbound and Choi Fai Street eastbound; and
2. Affected vehicles on Choi Fai Street westbound heading for Choi Fat Street northbound will be diverted via Choi Fat Street southbound, Choi Yuen Road eastbound, Po Shek Wu Road southbound, roundabout, Po Shek Wu Road northbound, Choi Yuen Road westbound and Choi Fat Street northbound.

Appropriate traffic aids will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
