ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONES IN TIN HAU

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 29 August 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

(a) the northern kerbside lane of Tsing Fung Street from its junction with Electric Road to a point about 15 metres east of the same junction;
(b) the southern kerbside lane of Tsing Fung Street from its junction with Electric Road to a point about 15 metres east of the same junction; and
(c) the eastern kerbside lane of Electric Road from its junction with Tsing Fung Street to a point about 10 metres north of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner of Transport, will be prohibited from:-

(a) Picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) Loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
