In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 4.00 pm on 24 September 2025, the eastern kerbside lane of Chan Man Street from its eastern junction with Fuk Man Road to a point about 60 metres south of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily except goods vehicles loading/unloading.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except goods vehicles and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b) loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
