Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Shing Mun Tunnel Road, Sha Tin
Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Shing Mun Tunnel Road in the following days:
(I) From 10.00 pm on 12 September 2025 to 1.00 am on 13 September 2025
- The fast lane of Shing Mun Tunnel Road eastbound from a point about 600 metres east of its junction with the exit of Shing Mun Tunnels eastbound tunnel tube to a point about 1 540 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed.
(II) From 1.00 am to 4.00 am on 13 September 2025
- The slow lane of Shing Mun Tunnel Road eastbound from a point about 600 metres east of its junction with the exit of Shing Mun Tunnels eastbound tunnel tube to a point about 1 160 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed; and
- The slow lane of Shing Mun Tunnel Road eastbound from its junction with the slip road of Shing Mun Tunnel Road leading to Tai Wai eastbound to a point about 270 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed.
(III) From 4.00 am to 5.30 am on 13 September 2025
- The slow lane of Shing Mun Tunnel Road eastbound from a point about 600 metres east of its junction with the exit of Shing Mun Tunnels eastbound tunnel tube to a point about 880 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed; and
- The slow lane of Shing Mun Tunnel Road eastbound from a point about 200 metres west of its junction with the slip road of Shing Mun Tunnel Road leading to Tai Wai eastbound to a point about 270 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed.
Motorists are advised to drive with care and patience. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
