TRAFFIC ADVICE
Special Traffic Arrangements in Kowloon City for a Yu Lan Festival Event

     Members of the public are advised that, in order to facilitate an event of Yu Lan Festival in Kowloon City, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from about 10.00 am to about 1.00 pm on 7 September 2025 (Sunday) depending on actual traffic and crowd conditions:

      Road Closure

      Traffic lanes of the following road sections will be intermittently closed to all vehicular traffic:

  1. Fuk Lo Tsun Road, Lion Rock Road and Hau Wong Road between Carpenter Road and Prince Edward Road West;
  2. Nga Tsin Long Road, Nam Kok Road, Lung Kong Road, South Wall Road, Tak Ku Ling Road and Kai Tak Road between Carpenter Road and Nga Tsin Wai Road;
  3. Carpenter Road between Tung Tsing Road and Junction Road;
  4. Nga Tsin Wai Road between Kai Tak Road and Junction Road; and
  5. Prince Edward Road West between Fuk Lo Tsun Road and Hau Wong Road.
       Attention and Appeal

Actual implementation of and adjustments to road closures and traffic control will be made by the Police at the time depending on the prevailing circumstances, traffic and crowd conditions in the areas. Members of the public should pay attention to the route diversions.

      Motorists are advised not to drive to the affected areas during the above mentioned period, and to drive with utmost care and patience and take heed of the instruction given by the Police on site.
