In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 19 September 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. the western kerbside lane of Tin Hau Road from a point about 70 metres north of its junction with Hung Cheung Road to a point about 104 metres north of the same junction; and
   2. the eastern kerbside lane of Tin Hau Road from a point about 50 metres north of its junction with Hung Cheung Road to a point about 92 metres north of the same junction.

          Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
