In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 p.m. on 16 September 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 16 March 2026, the eastern kerbside lane of Lung Mun Road southbound from a point about 115 metres south of its junction with Wu Shan Road to a point about 130 metres south of the same junction will continue to be temporarily designated as a restricted zone from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily except general holidays.

          Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zone has been indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
