ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374 SUB. LEG. G)
RESTRICTED ZONES ON COMFORT TERRACE, NORTH POINT

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 26 September 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

(a) The southern kerbside lane of the unnamed road leading to Summer Court from its junction with Comfort Terrace to a point about 10 metres east of the same junction; and

(b) The eastern kerbside lane of Comfort Terrace from its junction with the unnamed road leading to Summer Court to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner of Transport, will be prohibited from:-

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
