In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 p.m. on 30 September 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 31 March 2026, the following road sections will continue to be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:

1. 1. the section of Wong Chu Road eastbound from its junction with the slip road leading from Tsing Wun Road southbound to Wong Chu Road eastbound to a point about 450 metres east of the same junction; and
   2. the section of Wong Chu Road eastbound from its junction with Lung Fu Road eastbound to a point about 410 metres east of the same junction.

          Appropriate traffic signs have been erected on site to guide motorists.

          At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road sections will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
