In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 a.m. on 4 October 2025, the section of Lung Fu Road from a point about 211 metres north of its junction with Lung Fu Road roundabout to a point about 1546 metres north of the same junction will be subject to a speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour.

Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.

At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be rescinded.
